On March 24, 2015, a United States District Court Judge in the Northern District of Illinois granted complete summary judgment for PJJ’s client, the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority (“Tollway”), in Midwest Fence Corporation v. The United States Department of Transportation, et al. No 10 CV 5627, and terminated the case in the Tollway’s favor.
